When you hire AZ Wide Realty to serve as the liaison between yourself and your tenants, you’ll be sure you're getting the best possible full-service property management services for the money. Our residential division manages and leases single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, multiplexes, small apartment complexes and medium size apartment complexes.

INITIAL SET UP: One time $100 set up fee per owner.

COMMISSION: 9 % of actually collected gross rents. This is an ongoing monthly fee charged for the responsibilities of overseeing the management of their property.

LEASE-UP FEE:5% ($400 min) leasing fee, that we earn once we successfully market and find a tenant for your property and the tenant moves in and pays rent, and never more than a 3% lessee co-brokerage fee if needed. So, in all, you'll never pay more than one month of gross rents to get your property leased and producing.

COMMUNICATION: Open lines of communications: You can call the office and speak to a live person who can give you the answers that you are looking for.

- Monthly property status report like this:
- 5-day and Forcible Detainer notices, provided by AZ Licensed Process Server.
- Never a fee for putting up a sign.
- Massive digital marketing and local advertising, we list all properties on the MLS at no additional charge to you, approx. 9000+ agents working all working for YOU!
- Prospective tenant screening: credit score, employment history, rental history, references, as well as criminal and eviction records.
- 24/7 On-call Maintenance & Management Staff tenant hotline.
- Brokerage Property Management accounts reviewed and audited by CPA.
